The warranty covers amplifiers for one year and speakers for one year from the date of the original consumer purchase.
What does BMB’s warranty cover?
BMB warranty covers all defects in material and workmanship. BMB will, at its option, repair or replace the product covered by this warranty if it becomes defective, malfunctions or otherwise fails to conform with this warranty under normal use and service during the term of this warranty, without charge for labor or materials. Repairs may be performed using new parts or refurbished parts that meet or exceed BMB specifications for new parts. If BMB elects to replace the product, the replacement may be a reconditioned unit. The original end-user (“you”) will be responsible for any removal or reinstallation charges and for any shipping charges (as well as from, in the event that BMB finds no defect covered by this warranty) if the product(s) must be shipped for warranty service. However, BMB will pay the return shipping charges (in the event you return the product to BMB to any destination within the Warranted Area if the repairs are covered by the warranty), provided that, BMB reserves the right to choose the mode, the carrier and the timing of such return shipping (if BMB finds that there are no defects covered by this warranty, then you shall be responsible for all shipping charges).

- Damage resulting from failure to follow instructions contained in your instruction manual or BMB’s instructions, including failure to perform recommended periodic or routine maintenance or improper maintenance
- Damage resulting from the performance of repairs by someone not authorized by BMB
- Damage resulting from repairs by someone BMB did not authorize; ( for products not specified by BMB for commercial or industrial use) caused by any commercial or industrial use
- Damage resulting from to the decorative surface of this product
- Damage resulting from to any data, software or information
- Damage caused by using this product for other than its intended use
- Claims based upon any misrepresentations by the seller
- If this product’s serial number has been altered defaced or removed
- Deterioration of component parts
- The nature of which is to become worn or depleted with use, including batteries and headphone/headset ear pads/foam pads
- Any accessory to this product, even if supplied by BMB
- Any installation, removal or re-installation

authorized BMB dealer or sound contractor and is not transferable.
BMB will take care of all labor and material costs for all repairs covered by the
warranty and return shipping only. The customer is responsible for transporting
the product for repair. We suggest using sufficient packing materials, shipping
boxes and using a carrier that provides insurance and a tracking number. BMB is
not responsible for any packages that become lost or damaged in transit.
BMB reserves the right to change the design of, or upgrade, any product from time
