BMB U.S. North America (BMB) only distributes and sells products through authorized dealers. Only dealers authorized by BMB have committed to provide an excellent customer service experience and to uphold BMB’s standards. Authorized dealers are the only retailers that are able to stand behind and get service of the BMB factory warranty for customers. Purchasing from an authorized dealer is also the only way customers are able to get BMB and a qualified dealer to support you in your use and enjoyment of your BMB product.
Not every retailer advertising or selling BMB products has been authorized by BMB to advertise or sell BMB products. Unauthorized sellers may be selling counterfeit, used, damaged, or altered products. Altered products may include products that have had serial numbers removed or modified making registration and authentication impossible. Consumers who have purchased from unauthorized sellers may experience problems with contacting these unauthorized sellers for post-sale support, and in some instances have even experienced credit card fraud as a result of attempting to purchase from unauthorized sellers.
To avoid any issues, you should always purchase from authorized BMB dealers. Please refer to the list of
